Qualification :
1. Senior Manager (HR) – Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks and Two years MBA** / MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management with minimum 55% marks OR Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks and Two years Master Degree / Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management /Personnel Management &Industrial Relations with minimum 55% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having additional qualification of Bachelor Degree in Law. (Professional) + 12 years of Post Qualification executive experience (including experience as ET /MT) in line. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale
2. Manager (Chemical) – Bachelor Degree in Engineering* in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with minimum 55% marks + 08 years of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale.
3. Manager (F&A) – CA/ICWA OR B.Com with minimum 55% marks and Two years MBA** with specialization in Finance with minimum 55% marks. OR Graduation (B.A.) with Honours in Economics with minimum 55% marks and two years MBA** with specialization in Finance with minimum 55% marks OR Graduation (B.A. / B.Sc.) with Honours in Mathematics with minimum 55% marks and + 08 years of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line. 9. Senior Officer (Law) – Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks and Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (minimum 03 years professional course) with minimum 60% marks. OR 05 years integrated LLB Degree (Professional) with minimum 60% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having Master Degree in Law (LLM) + Candidate must have enrolled as an Advocate and possess minimum 01 year of post-qualification experience as a Law Executive
10. Senior Officer (Marketing) – Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 60% marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Marketing with minimum 60% marks. + 01 year of post-qualification executive experience (including experience as ET / MT) in line.

Age Limit :
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 30 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.

4. Deputy Manager (Chemical) – Rs. 24,900-50,500/-
5. Deputy Manager (HR) – Rs. 24,900-50,500/-
6. Senior Engineer (Electrical) – Rs. 20,600-46,500/-
7. Senior Engineer (Instrumentation) – Rs. 20,600-46,500/-
8. Senior Engineer (Mechanical) – Rs. 20,600-46,500/-
