Qualification :
Chief Financial Officer – Chartered Accountant + Presently working as Deputy General Manager or equivalent cadre in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) and with minimum 15 years of experience in overseeing financial operations, preferably accounting and taxation matters in banks/large corporates /PSUs / FIs/Financial services organizations, of which 10 years should be in Banks / FIs (of which 5 years should be at Senior Management Level)
Chief Compliance Officer – Any Degree preferably with JAIIB / CAIIB + Presently working as Deputy General Manager or equivalent cadre in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) and with minimum 15 years of experience in overseeing financial operations. Having fair knowledge of law, accounting & Information Technology and practical experience in various business lines and audit/inspection function in Banks/ Financial Institutions (of which 5 years should be at Senior Management Level) is preferred
1. DGM (Scale VI) – Any Degree preferably with JAIIB / CAIIB + Minimum 2 Years of experience in Assistant General Manager or equivalent cadre working in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) / BFSI / Reputed Financial Institutions handling similar portfolio
2. AGM (Scale V) – Any Degree preferably with JAIIB / CAIIB + Minimum 2 Years of experience in Chief Manager – IV or equivalent cadre working in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) / BFSI / Reputed Financial Institutions handling similar portfolio
3. AGM (Scale V) – Any degree in Econometrics / Maths / Analytics / Statistics with JAIIB/CAIIB+ Minimum 2 Years of experience in Chief Manager – IV or equivalent cadre working in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) / BFSI / Reputed Financial Institutions handling similar portfolio Experience with managing qualities in a financial institution is preferred

Age Limit :
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 – 55 Years), (For Post 2, 3 – 50 years), (For Post 4, 5, 6, 7 – 45 Years), (For Post 8 to 17 – 40 years), (For Post 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 – 35 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.

Pay Scale : As per IBA Norms applicable to Respective cadre + other Benefits / allowances as per internal policies of the Bank
