Job Description:
·  You will be accountable for leading the activity of development and quality to build appropriate technological solutions to meet the business expectation on Customer support and retention.
·  You will be working on key initiatives taken up by Customer Support & Retention teams and will be responsible for implementation, delivery and support of Salesforce.com applications including integrations with both web-facing and back office systems using snap logic, IPaaS, Layer 7, Adobe.IO gateway services.
·  You must enjoy spending time in the customer support issues, analyzing service agent problems, and find innovative solutions to reduce the time to support to customers and improve customer retention rate.
·  Day-today development as an individual contributor and support deliveries for the area of responsibility
·  Responsible for working with AEM, commerce, support operations and customer success team to evaluate and implement new support product/services opportunities for new customers to meet our business objectives and improve the customer retention rate.
·  Responsible for process improvements, developing metrics on support and retention, support software maintenance
·  Look for opportunities where automation can bring value, work will all stakeholders to get buy-in, develop implementation plan and execute the same

Knowledge & Skills:  
Must have  
·  B.E. Computer Science or MCA, should have 8+ years of total IT experience
·  2+ years Customer Support solution development experience in a global enterprise environment
·  Extensive experience in design and development of software for CRM/support channels including integration with social media applications, help, knowledge base and support applications/products
·  Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, presentation skills
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  4+ years of Hands on experience in developing and implementing solution on Salesforce.com which includes
·  Extensive experience working on SFDC Service cloud
·  Experience on Visual Force, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Apex Web services, APIs and JQuery
·  Good hands on experience in Rest Service
·  Experience with web client-side technologies – JavaScript, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX, jQuery, ExtJS JavaScript MVC framework.
·  Advanced skills in at least one Object Oriented language (Java)
·  Strong relational database skills
·  Experience with development using Eclipse and integration with versioning and build systems
·  Adept in configuration management tools, and code review tools like GIT and Fisheye.
·  In-depth understanding of capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application with good understanding of the business processes for Customer Support, etc.
·  Solid understanding of the SFDC Data model, Data Architecture and Data Management.
·  SalesForce certified.
·  Good understanding of enterprise integration technologies, principles, and patterns.
·  Experience in delivering IT solutions using Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices

Desired
·  Experience building Knowledge management search solution with Coveo for Salesforce to support customers and agents with the knowledge they need to succeed, solve complex cases faster & customers succeed at self-service
·  Experience in Business rule engine/open rule system development
·  Experience working on CTI/IVR/Genesys solutions
·  Good knowledge on HTML 5, JQuery and Java script
·  Good Understanding about Angular JS & Bootstrap front End MVC framework
