Qualification :
1. Sr. Manager (Safety) – Recognised degree in any branch of engineering. With degree or diploma in industrial safety (Recognised by Govt. of Odisha) with adequate knowledge of Odia language
2. Sr. Manager (Fuel Management) – Bachelor’s Engineering degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks. Additional MBA degree will have advantage
3. Manager Generator & Auxiliaries – Degree in Electrical Engineering/EEE/equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks
4. Dy. Manager (Operation) Field Engineer – Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/C&I or any other equivalent engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks
5. Deputy Manager BOP Instrumentation – Degree in Instrumentation Engineering/Electrical Engineering/EEE/equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks
6. Dy Manager (Electrical) Facility Management – Degree in Electrical Engineering/EEE/equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks
7. Assistant Manager (Operation) CHP – Degree in Electrical Engineering/EEE /equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks
8. Ash Pond (Asst. Manager) – Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks
9. Dy. Manager Mechanical (Boiler & Aux) – Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks
10. Dy. Manager Mechanical (Ash System) – Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks
11. Dy. Manager Mechanical (Turbine & Aux and BOP) – Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks
12. Deputy Manager (Operation) – Field Engineer OPGC-II – Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/C&I or any other equivalent engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks
13. Assistant Manager (Chemists) OPGC-II – Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / MSc in Chemistry with minimum 60% of marks. MBA in Environment Management will be preferred
14. Assistant Manager (CHP) – Degree in Electrical Engineering/EEE /equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks
