Job Description:

Skill Set Required:
– Excellent understanding and working experience in salesforce development/administration.
– Strong knowledge of SAP SD & SAP CRM Customizing and general knowledge across all modules.
– CRM middleware plug-ins and real time experience on functional side of Enterprise Portals.
– Customization of item categories, item category determinations, pricing, processing claims, processing change requests as per business requirements in SAP CRM.
– Understanding data cleansing, enterprise data architecting, data quality and data governance.
– Business partner type customer, employee & contact person definition and -replication between ECC & CRM.
– Integration knowledge on SAP CRM & SFDC & ECC systems.
– Ability to rapidly pick-up new technologies, propositions and business areas.
– Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
– Ability to work under own initiative – planning, prioritizing and controlling own workload.
– Understand SAP development tools and frameworks in project lifecycle.
– Change Management: Ensure end-user acceptance of new functions or changed process flows in the ERP and surrounding tools.
– Broad content experience across multiple lines of business.

Key responsibilities:

*Analysis of business requirements.
*Design and implementation of full solutions (Including testing and UAT Support).
*Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
*Work effectively with local experts as well as with the business community.
*Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required.
*Provide detailed transactional information to internal and external auditors as required.
*Provide guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available.
*Establish good relationships with stakeholders .
*Work with Sales and Distribution key users and process owners to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities.
*Manages design workshops on multiple area of expertise.
*Identifying and raising issues to local Business Owners or management to achieve resolution for SD/CRM development tasks.
*Contribute input and coordination to training documentation for SD and CRM development tasks.
*Understand + manage integration points with other functional areas.
*Maintain process documentation for Sales and CRM processes & tasks.
